ZheJiang Golden Bay Holding Co., Ltd was established in 2005. Registered capital of 100 million yuan.We are specialized in manufacturing and supplying products to petrochemi- cal and pharmaceutical Industries. We are a rapidly growing company that combines sales and manufacture with approximately 10000million yuan current annual production value.
We have three full subsidiary manufacturing sites in Zhejiang, Dalian, and Shandong, one warehouse in Hainan, over 130 employees total. Our company is designated by China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) to manufacture and supply catalysts for petrochemical and chemical fiber industry in China.
Our company is the earliest tetrabromoethane production company in China, and is the first supplier of import substitute tetrabromoethane for Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Our main products include tetrabromoethane, hydrobromic acid, CMB catalyst, cobalt acetate manganese catalyst, cobalt acetate catalyst, manganese acetate catalyst and ethylene glycol antimony catalyst. In June 2007, our company invested 50 million yuan to build a highly advanced hydrobromic acid production line that can produce an annual output of 8,000 tons. In 2008, we expanded cobalt and manganese catalyst production line. In 2015, we newly added an ethylene glycol antimony catalyst production line. Currently, we have an annual output capacity of 15000 tons CMB catalyst, 5000 tons cobalt acetate manganese catalyst, 5000 tons cobalt acetate catalyst, 5000 tons manganese acetate catalyst, and 1500 tons ethylene glycol antimony catalyst. Our company's products occupy a major share in catalyst market of petrochemical industry in China with a high reputation. We have established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with a lot of large scale petrochemical companies in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Henan, Shandong, Fujian, Hainan, and Dalian.
Our catalyst grade hydrobromic acid product won the 'Four New Products' award of Zhejiang province. Tetrabromoethane catalyst was
awarded the 'Horse Prize' of Zhejiang province. A number of patented technologies won the HongKong Sangma Textile Science and Technology award and the grand prize of National Invention Entrepreneurship award. In product development, our company keeps close track on customers’ needs and the most advanced technology development, possesses a number of intellectual property rights, and was granted three patents for inventions in 2015.
